30-Day Warranty & Returns
We proudly offer a 30-day warranty on all wholesale skincare products, so you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused and unopened
Products must be in their original packaging
Safety seals must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges within the 30-day warranty period.
To complete an exchange:
The original item must be returned first .
Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item or issue store credit for a new order.
